个人简介

张园园,研究员,课题组长,博士生导师。2015年获得哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学专业理学学士学位;2015-2020年在北京大学深造,获得理学博士学位,师从国际著名生物信息学家、中国科学院院士张泽民教授,专攻肿瘤免疫微环境研究。
     院校引进人才,于2024年1月加入ac米兰官方网站肿瘤医院。2020-2023年先后在北京大学、美国麻省理工学院-哈佛大学博德研究所(Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard)和哈佛医学院/丹娜-法伯癌症研究所(Dana-Farber Cancer Institute)(双聘)、德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症研究中心(MD Anderson Cancer Center)进行博士后研究工作。


主要研究内容

从事单细胞功能与组学技术应用研究,在肿瘤免疫微环境解析及免疫治疗机制研究领域积累了丰富经验。开发和应用前沿生物信息学技术,深入研究肿瘤免疫微环境及免疫治疗机制,关注细胞和分子异质性、表型可塑性、演化动力学,以及在肿瘤发生、进展、转移、和耐药等过程中癌细胞与肿瘤微环境的相互作用。
