邵瑞太，ac米兰官方网站特聘教授，博士生导师。获得北京医科大学医学学士、社会医学与健康管理硕士和复旦大学公共卫生管理博士学位。
      院校引进人才，2021年加入院校。邵教授曾经于2001-2021年间作为高级专家任职于世界卫生组织慢性病预防与健康促进部门。
      邵教授目前担任针对医学卫生指南的科学透明实用性评估工作组的公共卫生委员会主任委员。他是中华医学杂志（英文版）副主编和中国预防医学杂志副主编等。

邵教授从事针对心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤、慢性呼吸性疾病为主的人群预防政策、策略与干预措施开发与评估以及相应实施性研究，开设慢性病预防与管理和实施科学等课程。
      邵教授领导开展大庆糖尿病预防第II阶段研究、针对高血压与糖尿病防控的实施性研究、居家照护预防卒中病人复发研究以及成人减重实施性研究项目以及开展老年衰弱与内在能力评估以及老年养护政策与模式领域等方面的研究。
